Our venue includes a board/seminar room, breakout spaces, a traditional library and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. We have a spacious garden, ecological swimming pool, sauna, and beach-front access that inspires tranquility. The villa's thoughtful interior and environmental wellness design principles optimize creativity, connection and productivity.

In addition to our incredible meeting spaces, you'll enjoy access to our semi-professional kitchen, jeux de boulle terrace, a fire pit surrounded by beautifully sculpted trees, direct beach access from the garden, use of the ecological pool and sauna, 2-4 hours housekeeping per day, 80-90 mbps Internet Speed Access, 6 sonos speakers, flat screen TV, cables, flip board, pen and paper in the conference & board room.
L’Espace Grain de Raisin
Entirely dedicated to your business meetings, this is a calm, light-filled space. Its modular layout can be adapted to suit every need. It can also be converted into a home cinema for private screenings.
L’Espace Douceur de Lin
Designed in a contemporary style, with breathtaking views over the garden and the Bassin, and featuring a magnificent fireplace, this space is perfect for a business meeting. It can also be used for dinners and cocktails, with direct access to a terrace where you can soak up the sun on sunny days.
Le Salon Bleu Lagon
Bright and comfortable, with direct access to a covered outdoor loggia, this space is just as suitable for entertaining a group as it is for use as a luxurious lounge for relaxing or entertaining.
La Bibliothèque
This is one of our favorite rooms, with its book-lined walls, beautiful period marble fireplace and deep leather armchairs. With room for up to ten people, it's the ideal place for private discussions, a brainstorming session or a relaxing break.
Le Bureau
Located on the first floor of the Villa, this private office offers a magnificent and unique view of the Bassin...Up to 10 people can meet here and work in absolute tranquility, until the shimmering lights of the sunset enter the room and remind us that it's time for a aperitif or dinner under the stars.
La terrasse Douceur de Lin
Directly connected to our Douceur de Lin salon, this terrace, protected from rain and wind, is the ideal place for meetings and workshops...Overlooking the garden, the beach and the Bassin, it offers a privileged vantage point from which to discover new horizons.
La Loggia Bleu Lagon
Directly connected to the Bleu Lagon lounge, this vaulted loggia is the ideal place to relax over a buffet or a drink. The terrace can also accommodate 15 people in meeting mode for 'al fresco' work sessions.
La terrasse Entre 2 Eaux
Nestled between the ecological swimming pool and the regeneration pool, this outdoor terrace is the ideal place for 'al fresco' events: business meetings, workshops, cocktails, dinners, buffets, etc.

Opening out onto the beach and the ocean, our vast garden extends over 4,000 m². It gives space to all kinds of encounters, formal or relaxed, inviting reflection, concentration, imagination, relaxation...
